1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
- You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please note:
- Due to the nature of herbal and personal care products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Products purchased during sales or promotions may not be eligible for return unless defective.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

- Our support team will review your request and guide you through the return process.
- Once your return is approved, please send the product back to our warehouse address (we’ll share it in the confirmation email).
Please ensure the returned item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
3. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- In case of prepaid orders, the refund may take a few additional days depending on your bank or payment provider.
If your return is rejected due to product use or damage, we’ll inform you by email.
4. Replacement Policy
If you prefer, we can send a replacement product instead of a refund (for eligible cases such as damaged or wrong items).
Replacements are subject to product availability.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened or partially used herbal products.
- Products purchased on clearance or during promotional sales.
- Gift cards or digital products.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after delivery following the policy above.
